Every plan includes both audits and all fifteen tools. The paid plans add audits whenever you want, your own settings and prices, the detailed reports and, in Pro, the data behind them. One subscription covers one Microsoft 365 tenant.

How billing works
One tenant per subscription
A subscription covers one Microsoft 365 tenant, and every Global Admin of that tenant shares it. Consultants and managed service providers need one per tenant they look after.
Payments through Stripe
Upgrade, change plans, update your card and get invoices through Stripe. Seat Census never sees your card details.
Cancel any time
Cancel and your account moves to the free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Your latest audit stays; what the free plan doesn't keep is deleted.
Close your account
Any of your Global Admins can close the account on the Subscription page. It cancels the subscription and deletes everything at once.
Free accounts that no Global Admin signs in to for 90 days are deleted, exactly as if they'd been closed. The Subscription page shows the date.
